Electro Mart Ltd. (EML), a largest Business house in Bangladesh, having been continuing its business as an Importer and Marketer of wide range of electronic home appliances & durables like Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Color TVs, Washing Machines, Microwave Ovens, Mobile Phone, Kitchen Appliances, etc. under different international brands e.g. KONKA, GREE, LIFAN, KHIND, WHITE WESTINGHOUSE etc. is now searching for qualified and experienced individual for the following positions for its Sales & Marketing Division, Service Centre and Showrooms:

Additional Requirements
• Minimum 5 (five) years job experience required in HVAC.
• Should prepare technical and financial appraisal of a project
• To control and execute Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Servicing of Ducted Split Type Air Conditioner, Screw-Chiller, Central Air Conditioning etc.
• Should be able to handle the market and customer communication efficiently and work as a key person for marketing and business development of HVAC/RAC to Convince corporate customers in terms of technicality and costing to turn towards our products by holding meetings, making presentations & technical drawings and BOQs.
• Ensure end to end process completion of a corporate deal successfully
• Responsible for submitting all documentation for tender participation in relevant products and services
• To manage a GROUP of Technical teams with leadership, quality and ability; Train, develop and manage an in-house technician teams and groups to handle all service and installation issues relating to HVAC products. Ensure effective supply chain for the commissioning job of commercial air conditioners.
• Monthly/half-yearly/yearly maintenance of the equipments according to the standards or manufacturer’s recommendations and experience with similar equipment.
• Excellent writing & interpersonal communication skills and Good command on MS-Office applications & Internet
• Should be prepared to be assigned at any place in Bangladesh

Job Experience
Minimum 5 year(s)

Educational Qualification
B.Sc in Mechanical from any recognized institution with excellent educational track record. MBA will be considered as added advantage.
