Job Responsibility
• Preparing food for production team and other officials
• Maintaining the delivery of foods twice or thrice per day (Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks & Dinner)
• Supervise & participate in cooking & preparing menu list of the foods
• Much participate in checking of all kinds of daily or weekly bazaar & inventoried those
• Ensure the quality of the supplied items & make suggestive action for improvement
• Monitor & follow the cooking time schedule each & every day
• Investigate & collect the complaints of officials regarding cooked foods & maintain qualities
• Maintain the official procedures for chef and working schedule daily
• Recruit & hire assistant chef & other supportive workers for the kitchen
• Analyze recipes & create new menus for the officials & maintain the recipes schedules
• Prepare & cook foods of all types either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions
• Instruct cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
• Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to staff.
• Meet with customers to discuss menus for special occasions such as weddings, parties, and banquets.

Educational Qualification
The incumbent person has to be complete at least HSC from any institutions with food or nutrition’s related degree will add the extra advantage.
